July 16, 7:44 a.m. Officers responded to a home in the 400 block of E. Sola Street where residents said a man had fallen asleep on their porch. The 24-year-old man told officers he drank 20 Bud Lights, and various shots of hard alcohol.

Correction from June 3, 2010: Due to a reporting error, an earlier version of this story incorrectly stated that the Philadelphia Lutheran Settlement House moved to a former nursing home. The location was discussed, but the shelter remained in its original location after repairs.
