Every night, Kar Woo pilots his van, with its eye-catching wrap, to hospitals, shelters, treatment centers and group homes across the metro, giving rides to people ? hundreds of people ? most of us never see. Or don?t notice. A free taxi for the homeless? No. More like a nightly voyage into homeless intervention.
